Contact tracing by public health is an important tool to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in your community.
It is used to determine who may have been in contact with the person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Contact tracing helps people get diagnosed earlier and reduces the chance of spreading the virus. If you get sick you can help by telling public health about your contacts.

WorkSafeBC and the BC and Canadian Health Ministers now indicate that where physical distancing is not able to be followed that a non medical mask does help in the spread of the virus.
